Bear Salad

The Bear’s Salad by the Lake.
Deep in the woods, by the crystal lake’s shore,
A gentle giant ambles, with a gentle roar.
A bear so big, and a bear so strong,
Sits down for lunch, where he belongs.
His meal, not fish nor honey nor berry,
But a bowl of salad, quite extraordinary.
